Philly Phil is a Houston rapper and model recently shot by CNG Photography, known for scouting some of the hottest models. He’s also worked with Foto 119, Graphic Jones and Michael D Bishop. The tattoos, which definitely are unique were done by Chazo Tattoos. As a rapper her just released the music video to his new single They Was Sleep featuring YB Puerto Rico, produced by JBeat$ and shot by DJ Films Productions. Phil’s motto in life is Talent + Image + Grind = Success and we must say he’s got all three.
